Ballarat North Early Learning Centre is committed to providing high quality childcare and early education, exceeding all standards in childcare within our local community. Our centre is conveniently located in close proximity to Ballarat North Primary School, and provides an inspiring learning environment for children that fosters self-confidence, creativity and independence.
Early Learning Centre
Ballarat North Early Learning Centre offers care and early education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We operate 52 weeks per year (public holidays excluded).
We are committed to giving your child the best care and start to their learning journey. Our centre offers wonderful benefits for our families, including exciting extracurricular activities and healthy meals included in our daily fee.
Our Educators are fully-qualified and dedicated to your child’s success. We offer a play-based curriculum that enables children to become confident and successful lifelong learners.

Offers & Promotions
We’re excited to offer you 3 weeks free childcare* when you enrol your little one at Ballarat North Early Learning Centre and begin care by Friday 27th September 2024. This is one of the many ways we provide value for money for our families.
The following terms and conditions apply to this offer:
- This offer is for new enrolments who enrol at our centre between the dates of 12/02/24 and 27/09/24.
- To be eligible for this offer, your child must be enrolled and have commenced at the centre, with at least 1 booking per week from commencement of enrolment between the promotion dates of 12/02/24 and 27/09/24.
- You will receive 3 weeks of free childcare, which will be applied to your account on your child’s 5th week of enrolment.
- The 3 weeks free refers to how many permanent days the child is enrolled for on commencement of enrolment. For example, if your child is initially enrolled for 2 days per week, they will receive 2 days per week free childcare for 3 weeks from their 5th week of enrolment. You cannot pick up extra days during the 3 weeks free promotion and ask for these to be included in your 3 weeks of free
- As per our fee policy, your account is required to be up-to-date and a week in advance. If your account is not up to date, or you do not have a payment plan completed within 2 weeks you will forfeit your 3 weeks free childcare.
- If a family gives notice within the first 7 weeks of the promotion, they forfeit the 3 weeks free.
We’re so excited to offer our current families 2 weeks free childcare when you refer a friend who enrols and starts their child at Ballarat North Early Learning Centre, between Monday 15th April 2023 to Friday 27th September 2024.
To be eligible to receive the Refer a Friend offer, the following conditions must first be met:
- You must inform the Centre Director by email of the family you are referring before they commence enrolment and between the dates of 15/04/24 and 27/09/24 to be eligible.
- The family being referred must have a child who enrols and commences at Ballarat North Early Learning Centre (with at least 1 booking per week), between the promotion dates of 15/04/24 and 27/09/24.
- You will receive 2 weeks of free childcare, which will be applied to your account on the 5th week of the referred family’s enrolment.
- The 2 weeks free refers to how many permanent days your child is enrolled for at the commencement of the referred family’s enrolment. For example, if your child is enrolled for 2 days per week when your friend’s child starts, you will receive 2 days per week free childcare for 2 weeks from their 5th week of their enrolment. You cannot pick up extra days during the 2 weeks free promotion and ask for these to be included in your 2 weeks of free childcare.
- As per our fee policy, your account is required to be up-to-date and a week in advance. If your account is not up to date, or you do not have a payment plan completed within 2 weeks you will forfeit your 2 weeks free childcare.
Note: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the ‘referred family’ is the new family enrolling and commencing at Ballarat North Early Learning Centre.
Nutrition
We understand the important part excellent nutrition plays in a child’s physical and mental development. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care for your children, we provide fresh and nutritionally complete meals as part of our daily fee. Our centre cook designs and prepares all of our meals according to the Nutrition Guidelines of Australia, and we provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a little late snack.
We will discuss any nutritional and dietary requirements your child may have upon enrolment, to ensure our meals can cater to your child’s individual needs.
Children are also educated in health, nutrition, good food choices, and balance in their diet as part of our curriculum.
